Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States and to Canada.

  • United States
    • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $8.80
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (3–4 business days)
  • Canada
    • Economy International (6–10 business days): $33.70

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on order weight, size, and destination.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the order date.
Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, including holidays, promotional events, and new product launches.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may ship from one of our fulfillment centers, including:

  • Ohio (primary warehouse)
  • Boston, Massachusetts (select orders)

We reserve the right to fulfill orders from any available location to ensure efficient delivery.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery timelines are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. While we work closely with our shipping partners, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Additional Charges

For international orders (including Canada), customers may be responsible for:

  • Taxes
  • Import fees

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in our shipping rates.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. For the fastest resolution of delivery issues (including delays, lost, or missing packages), we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number.
