Some shipments are being sent via UPS SurePost, which means UPS handles the first part of the shipment and USPS completes the final delivery to your address. Because of this, your UPS tracking may appear as "Delivered" before your package actually arrives—this simply means UPS has transferred it to USPS for the final leg of delivery.

If your package has not arrived within 5 business days of the UPS tracking showing "Delivered," please email us at orders@shop1987.com, and we'll be happy to make it right.
